Dr. Terry R. Tinsley is the Assistant Vice President of Programs for Youth for Tomorrow. This organization was founded by football’s legendary coach, Joe Gibbs. This outstanding speaker is a native of Mississippi. The Governor has appointed him to his second term on the Virginia Board of Counseling. He holds multiple professional licenses: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC); Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT); National Certified Counselor (NCC); Certified Sex Offender Treatment Provider (CSOTP). He is credited with establishing a diverse clinical services team at Youth for Tomorrow which include: psychiatrists, licensed professional counselors, registered nurses, and case managers.
Mr. Carl Street is the Director of Behavior Health Services at Youth for Tomorrow. He operates three satellite offices. Mr. Street holds a BA and an MA in psychology and professional counseling. He holds various Virginia State professional licenses; some include: (LPC) Licensed Professional Counselor; (CSAC) Certified Substance Abuse Counselor; (LSATP) Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner; and (MAC) Master Addiction Counselor.
